2ND CONFERMENT

Following the success of its 1st Batch of Diplomates, the PBPM conferred its 2nd Batch of Diplomates last 21st of January, year 2011 at the Ruby Ballroom, Crowne Plaza Galleria Manila, Ortigas Center, Quezon City.
